You will have a clear understanding about how your traumas and triggers are playing out in your partnership. Also how to develop a container within yourself to navigate the underlying feelings and unprocessed pain that have unconsciously driving the triggers.
You will gain mastery over our 5 Steps to Freedom Process. This will liberate you liberates you and your partner from the cycles of shame and blame and supports deeper connection, love, and unity.
You will be empowered to navigate any breakdown in your partnership and in life. Experience what is on the other side of your issues that you keep running into time and again. Move past the barriers that have been in the way of your deepest connection. We have seen this happen time and again specifically through working in Groups.
